    Jesse Lally started his first six months as an agent with Hilton & Hyland at a record setting pace, selling $39.6 million as part of Americas top-grossing team, Williams & Williams, which led to $341 million-dollar year. Since then, Jesse has continued to progress on his own towards becoming a leader in the industry. Working on some of the biggest transactions in Los Angeles (recently selling a new construction home in Bel Air for $18 million and shattering records in the Beverly Hills Post Office selling a newly built contemporary home for $40 million at $3000 per foot) and with A-list clients from New York, Miami, London and California as well as international investors from Asia, Europe and Russia, Jesse has begun to redifine luxury in Los Angeles.

    Born and raised in Boston, Jesse moved to New York City in 2002 and worked for a top-producing agent now at Brown Harris Stevens. After leaving New York City for Los Angeles, Jesse capitalized on his knowledge of both markets and used the strength of the relationships he formed to exceed expectations, referring $20 Million in bi-coastal buyers in two years.

    Jesse has an unrivaled understanding of the inventory and a clinical precision in Los Angeles market analysis, a vast network of New York bi-coastal buyers and sellers, deep connections in the entertainment industry and a love of architecture, design, Hollywood history and the ‘California' and 'Luxury' lifestyle and will continue to set records with his new team Lally Saniei.

    A Rookie of the Year at her former brokerage, Michelle Saniei joined Hilton & Hyland to continue to drive an already successful real estate brand to the next level of luxury sales. Michelle grew up in Beverly Hills, and came from a family of entrepreneurs. She is now beginning to capitalize on her success in the luxury Los Angeles market.

    Michelle burst onto the real estate scene closing 19 properties in her first year as an agent. While earning her Bachelor’s degree at California State University, San Marcos in marketing and finance, Michelle worked as an assistant for a successful mortgage lender, which deepened her passion to pursue a career in real estate.

    Michelle returned to Beverly Hills and joined the burgeoning Los Angeles team of Ryan Serhant at Nest Seekers International where she gained extensive knowledge of the international marketplace by facilitating the sales of numerous global properties in cities such as, London, Los Angeles and New York City. Being a part of that team, with offices on both the west coast and east coast, has lent to the development of her extensive network of international clients who buy in multiple markets. The relationships she’s carefully crafted enable her to guide those buyers in both markets.
